Mariah is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Ohio. She received her Bachelor of Business in Human Resources from Baker College and her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walsh University. Mariah has experience as a licensed professional counselor working with children, teens, and adults. She is skilled in supporting clients with a wide range of concerns, including child and adolescent issues, trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, grief and loss, life transitions, eating disorders, and relationship issues. Mariah tailors treatment to each unique client, ensuring that their individual needs are addressed.

Her approach to counseling is trauma-informed and collaborative, emphasizing partnership in the therapeutic process. Mariah utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and strength-based approaches to help clients build resilience and develop coping skills. She believes that every client deserves a safe space to talk through their struggles, fostering an environment of trust and respect.
