To provide the highest quality and most comprehensive evaluation, all Initial Psychiatric Assessments are offered on a self-pay (cash-pay) basis only. Insurance is not accepted or billed for this initial appointment.

Payment is due at the time of service.

Following the completion of your initial psychiatric assessment, any ongoing medication management and follow-up appointments will be billed to your insurance plan if we are an in-network provider with your insurance and your plan includes behavioral health benefits.
